Private by design

What you tell Mocha is yours. Here is exactly what happens to it.

What is stored

Your email, your name if you give it, your language, your time zone, the roles you add, the conversations you have, the private story and recruiter bank Mocha builds from them, your CVs and letters, and counts of how much you use the app. Nothing else.

Where

In a database in the European Union (Cloudflare D1, Western Europe). Backups stay in the EU.

Who processes your messages

Mocha's replies are produced by Anthropic's Claude model: your messages and your story are sent to Anthropic's API to generate each reply, under terms that do not allow training on your data. If you use voice, your audio is converted to text and Mocha's voice is produced by Microsoft Azure Speech in the EU (North Europe). Emails are sent through Resend from mocha@mochaskills.com.

Who can see it

You. Not your manager, not your company, not other users. The person who built MochaSkills can see usage counts and the feedback you send with "Tell Raul", never your conversations or your story, except to fix a problem you report.

Deleting

Settings → Delete my account removes everything, immediately and for good. You can also remove any single item in My story at any time.

No tracking

No analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no cookies other than the one that keeps you signed in.
